Portable torque tester is a system used for torque test, calibration and verification in industrial field and laboratory. It is suitable for calibration of pneumatic tools, power tools, power tools, tightening machines, etc.

Sensor introduction and technical parameters:

This project adopts the German imported Lorenz (Lauensmestek) brand, non-contact rotary torque sensor.

The sensor has a contactless digital signal transmission from the rotor to the stator, which does not produce false signals for the measurement data. Therefore, it has the characteristics of high accuracy and maintenance free.

Torque range: 1-500Nm

(3 sensors, respectively 1-10Nm, 6.3-63Nm, 50-500Nm);

Torque system accuracy: ±0.5 class (0.5%);

Angle accuracy: ±1°

Angle resolution: 0.25°

2)Tool calibration management software

 

Graphic human-computer interaction interface, simple operation, intuitive data;

The torque-time curve is displayed in real time during calibration;

preset different types of tool parameters, edit the measurement program;

When the tool number is entered or scanned by the scanner, the system can automatically enter the test state;

Different types of tool parameters can be set for electrical and mechanical tightening tools

Documents and historical data of various tools and sensors can be stored;

Data can be automatically saved, convenient for users to manage, analyze and trace data;

Multi-curve comparison and analysis;

Tool attributes and workstation data can be stored in the database: such as tolerance range, statistical parameters, corresponding calibration workstation, field workstation number and other information;

After the tool is added/set, the tool and the corresponding calibration station data remain consistent;

The software will automatically remind the calibration work to be completed according to the calibration cycle of each tool;

Display the relationship between the calibration value and the target value and the upper and lower tolerance in real time. If the calibration value exceeds the tolerance, an alarm will be sent. Calculate and display the calibration value, average value, tolerance, statistical value and test curve in real time;

The calibration results display window shows statistical parameters such as the average value of calibration results, equipment capability index (Cm/Cmk), and SPC charts. Reports are generated based on user input information. The report content includes (but is not limited to) the following sections: tool model, calibration date and time, calibration data, statistical data, charts, and qualification status (qualified or unqualified).
