The NJSMD-500MC mobile dynamic torque tool calibration table is a system for torque testing, calibration and verification in the industrial field and laboratory. It is suitable for the calibration of pneumatic tools, power tools, battery tools, tightening machines, torque wrenches and other detection, calibration and calibration.

Overview and function introduction of tool calibration software

The calibration tool can be identified by the QR code;

The software features self-calibration, manual reset functionality, self-diagnosis, and judgment capabilities, providing alarms and alerts for faults and non-compliant test results. It displays real-time charts showing the relationship between calibration values, target values, and upper/lower tolerances. Red numbers indicate non-compliance when test values exceed or fall below the set range, while green numbers signify compliance. The system continuously calculates and displays calibration values, averages, tolerances, statistical data, and test curves in real time.

The calibration results display window shows statistical parameters such as the average value of calibration results, equipment capability index (Cm/Cmk), and SPC charts. Reports are generated based on user-entered information, containing (but not limited to) the following details: tool model, calibration date and time, calibration data, statistical statistics, charts, and qualification status (qualified or unqualified).

Equipped with industrial-grade RFID reader and writer for personnel card swiping management;

The test results are automatically calculated by computer average value, relative error of indication, repeatability of indication, standard deviation, Cm, Cmk, and draw normal distribution graph, X-R diagram, etc.;

Calibration report can be automatically generated, and Excel template can be used and edited;

Intelligent torque calibrator has touch operation panel, Chinese interface, easy to operate;

The screen displays the graphical operation interface, which is beautiful, reasonably arranged, convenient to operate, easy to master and use;
